Our restaurant opened its doors in 2011 to provide the South End with a truly authentic experience in Cuban cuisine. For those of you seeking a Spanish lesson, "sabor" means "flavor", so the direct translation of the name of the restaurant would be The Cuban Flavor. And that's what you'll find here: a taste of the rich, and flavorful culinary landscape of Cuban cooking. Our customers rave about our top-notch service, and amazing food. They also love the quaint ambience, which makes it great for families and kids. We may be small, but we pride ourselves on what comes out of our kitchen most of all, and we believe that speaks for itself.
