Hello and welcome to PRISM Wellness Solutions, I'm glad you're here to explore the exciting and affirming mental health services we offer. I have been committed to developing and honing my commitment to excellent mental health care throughout my rigorous and social-justice rooted doctoral training at the University of Kentucky and University of South Florida. I bring a wealth of clinical experience to PRISM having worked in community mental health, prison settings, university counseling centers, and in behavioral health. I take an integrated approach to psychotherapy in which I combine multiple modalities and root my interventions in trauma-informed principles and multicultural lenses to ensure I flexibly meet your specific needs.
