DR John E Downing MD

Spencer Witcher, MD, is a board-certified ophthalmologist at McPeak Vision Partners. He is a Glasgow native who has been with McPeak Vision Partners since 2005. Dr. Witcher is a graduate of Georgetown College and the University of Louisville School of Medicine. He did his ophthalmology residency at the University of Tennessee, serving as Chief Resident. Dr. Witcher began doing ophthalmic surgery in 1997. Dr. Witcher is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology. He is married and has three daughters.

Joseph Wilson, OD., graduated in May 2020 from the Kentucky College of Optometry. He completed clinical rotations focused on Ocular Disease in various practices. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from WKU with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Dr. Wilson has provided comprehensive eye care for the past four years, diagnosing and treating a variety of vision and medical conditions. In his free time, he enjoys farming and spending time with his nephew.
