Can you have a dark side and still be a positive human? Heck yes! Can you be really irritated with life and people and still be a good person? Again...HECK YES! My style is person-centered, which feels more like two friends talking. Throw in some kindness, sarcasm (when appropriate), a little laughter, some understanding, validation, and we come out of this with a well spent 53 minutes of time together. I am well versed in a variety of other therapeutic approaches. I think a lot of times it is about feeling heard and understood. I specialize in trauma-informed holistic care, relationships, anxiety, depression, major life transitions, and uncovering the you you'd like to be .
