Daniel Kean received his medical degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee in 2001, after receiving his Bachelor of Science Dregree from Tennessee State University in Nashville in 1988. He completed his Internshiop at Meharry Medical College Department of Internal Medicine in 2002, and his residency at University of Alabama School of Medicine Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in Birmingham, Alabama 2006. Dr. Kean specializes in musculoskeletal disorders, sports injury rehabilitation, and pain management. Dr. Kean is a member of Southern Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the American Medical Association.
