Continuing Custom's emphasis to use the most recent technologies available, the company bought their first numerical milling machine, in 1969, and numerical controlled lathe, in 1971. Helping them stay ahead of the competition and driving a high quality product with a cost conscience attitude.In 1972, to better market their full service engineering, the corporation changed their name to Custom Engineering, Inc 51 years after inception, and still a family owned and operated business, CEI continues to instill the pride and craftsmanship of the original owners, providing tooling and precision machining to the United States and internationally.
