Courtney D Moore, APRN

Whoy Yurn Shang, APRN, is a nurse practitioner with Norton Neuroscience Institute. She provides care for patients who have memory care issues and dementia. Whoy earned her nursing degree at the University of Louisville, Kentucky and her master of science in nursing at the University of Cincinnati, Ohio. She has nine years of experience as a nurse and truly enjoys working with adult patients. Whoy believes in being communicative with her dementia patients and their families to reinforce that she is there to help them achieve their goals. Whoy is originally from New York. She enjoys reading and spending time with her family and dogs.

Kristina M. Fletcher, APRN, is a nurse practitioner with Norton Community Medical Associates. She provides care for patients of all ages, genders, ethnicities and backgrounds. She treats a wide range of health concerns, from simple illnesses to chronic conditions. Kristina earned her master’s degree from Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky, and is board certified as a family nurse practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Kristina’s philosophy of care is patient centered. She believes it’s important for patients to feel seen, heard and involved in their own care and treatment. She works to build strong, trusting relationships with patients and their families, and creates care plans that are in their best interest and easy to maintain. Her goal is to support patients throughout their health journey and help them live their happiest, healthiest lives. Outside of work, Kristina enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons. Her family stays busy with their dogs, cats and chickens, and they love being outdoors together. Kristina also enjoys reading, decorating cookies and hiking.
