Clifford Thieneman Co, LLC was formed in 1963. Clifford Sr. and Clifford Jr., also known as "Pete", have combined for over 65 years of successful building. We can provide various floor-plans to choose from or work from your very own floor-plans. Our homes are our reputation ; therefore each new home is built to enhance that reputation. To make your homebuilding experience as stress free as possible, we work with each home buyer during every part of the building process and have an excellent call back service. We are now working with our third generation of family coming into the business with Pete's son Josh. Clifford Thieneman Sr. was honored as the Home Builders Association of Louisville's "Builder of the Year" in 1991.
