I ordered Wi-Fi only. He showed up and he installed my Wi-Fi into my phone Jack. I asked him why he was doing that. I said right over here is the place that I had it before with another company....

They recently jacked my internet/cable bill to $170 per month. When I chatted with "Mark" and made it clear I was switching services, he said "That's the best we can do". I go back to cable this week.
We have been using Cincinnati Bell for internet service for about six months. The service was to slow so we upgraded to FIOPTICS in January 2017. Initially speed improved but service has died...
