I don't love the traffic pattern at this CFA, but the staff and food are both great! My order is consistently correct and the staff is friendly but not robotic like other locations.

Absolutely the worst service of any chik-fil-A's I've been to. I have been to many of them from Florida to Michigan, from Delaware to Oklahoma and Texas. The order takers are unaware. The servers...

Stopped by this new location on the Northside of Lexington. The drive-thru wait time was short. I ordered chicken sandwich combos for my mama and uncle and the spicy southwest salad for myself....

Completely left my fries out of the order. Didn't give us a receipt so I can't even dispute it. Won't be back to this one. First time with a Chick-fil-A. Smh.
