Excellent customer service. Online banking is wonderful compared to local banks. They're only open 8-5 M-TH, but since I work 8-5 I have to wait until Friday when they're open until 6 if I need to...

I love banking with chase and going to chase branches. However, this branch is an exception. The branch manager/supervisor is less than a professional and not attentive. I recommend some training.
