My local branch rocks! It would be better if they would just give me an allowance on a weekly basis. Just saying ;-)

I called to get information about opening a direct deposit acct. They told me what I needed...went home got everything and went to the bank. When I got there then I was told....they couldn't open...

Not helpful or accommodating at all. Don't waste your time. Bank local, much better customer service.
