Necco provides services related to the welfare of children in need of loving, stable and supportive families. We do this through adoption, foster care, independent living, supported living, community rehabilitation, residential living, mental health counseling and related support services. Necco operates in Georgia, Kentucky, Ohio, West Virginia and Indiana and serves children age birth to 21.

Seven Counties Services is a community mental health center that serves Bullitt, Henry, Jefferson, Oldham, Shelby, Spencer and Trimble counties in Kentucky. The organization provides planning, prevention, treatment and support in the areas of mental health, alcohol, drug abuse, mental retardation and other developmental disabilities. Its crisis programs offer a wide array of emergency face-to-face and telephone counseling options for persons with acute emotional problems. Seven Counties Services crisis and information center offers confidential 24-hour, 7-day a week telephone crisis services for issues involving mental health, suicide, alcohol and drug use or abuse and mental retardation and other developmental disabilities. Emergency psychiatry services provide around the clock emergency psychiatric evaluations to adults. Other services include specialized child and family services, acute child psychiatric services, impact therapeutic support program, daybreak crisis stabilization unit and crisis response program for children and adolescents.
