Carrie A. French, Psy.D., is a clinical psychologist with Norton Children’s Autism Center. She earned her master’s degree from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, and her doctorate from Spalding University in Louisville. Dr. French completed her internship with the National Psychology Training Consortium – Central Region at Royal Oaks Hospital in Windsor, Missouri, an inpatient psychiatric hospital that primarily serves children and adolescents. She completed her postdoctoral residency at Royal Oaks Hospital with a focus on psychological testing and working with individuals who have autism and other developmental disabilities. Dr. French evaluates patients for autism and provides interventions for children and adolescents with autism. She has prior experience working with children, adolescents and adults, providing psychological services in inpatient, outpatient, school, residential, home, community and primary care settings. She is a Louisville native. Outside of the office, Dr. French enjoys playing volleyball, running, painting, and spending time with her family, friends and cats.

M. Cody Davis, Ph.D., HSP, NCSP, joined Norton Children’s Autism Center in June 2021 as a licensed psychologist. In addition to his clinical role, he is an assistant professor of pediatrics at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. Dr. Davis provides individual and family therapy as well as diagnostic evaluation for children and adolescents. As part of his work at Norton Children's Autism Center, he contributes to developing transition-to-adulthood programming and integrated employment opportunities. He also leads clinic summer and fall skills camps. He is a native of Frankfort, Kentucky, and earned his master’s degree in educational psychology and his doctorate in school psychology from the University of Kentucky, Lexington. Dr. Davis completed his predoctoral practicum and internship experiences at the Center for Autism Spectrum Evaluation, Service, and Research (CASPER) at the University of Kentucky and Mercer County Public Schools. He then completed his postdoctoral experience at Stewart Home & School in Frankfort, Kentucky. Dr. Davis is a licensed psychologist in Indiana and holds a health service provider designation in Kentucky. He is also a nationally certified school psychologist and a member of the American Psychological Association, Kentucky Psychological Association and National Association of School Psychologists. He finds working with children and their families the most rewarding, whether through support, consultation, providing guidance through evaluations or helping them through therapy. His love for working with individuals with neurodevelopmental differences provided a path for his education and and research pursuits. Dr. Davis has worked with individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities for 17 years, beginning as a Special Olympics basketball coach in 2005. Dr. Davis enjoys spending time with his wife and their two sons. He also enjoys home improvement projects, playing tennis and basketball, and caring for the family's chickens, cat and golden retriever, Lucy.
