History
Cincinnati has chili, Texas has brisket, California has tri-tip. Exposing the Cincinnati area to the tender cut of beef has been accepted with open arms (and mouths). California Tri Tip started in NKY traveling locally to factories and warehouses. We now have a radias of almost 200 miles, participate 6 days a week in numerous community and city events all year around. We are humbled and so very grateful for the tremendous following we have.
Specialties
Everything tri-tip! Currently serving a quarter pound of fresh off the grill sliced tri-tip on a toasted garlic bread bun.

I believe that this food truck is one of only two eateries in the Greater Cincinnati area to specialize in tri-tip beef - Tafts in OTR being the other - but sadly I dont think they represent this...
