Employee seemed sleepy and not there to have customer interaction. Vehicle given to us as manager special was Chevrolet Malibu. A fre scratches and small dents but nothing major.nitbwas noted....

The rating would be zero if possible. The rental car was fine but it was dirty when we picked it up. I had to ask a guy at the Enterprise booth (bc no one was in the Budget booth) for a rag or two...

No cars available after I booked. Was not even offered upgrade. Priceline tried reaching out to them a number of times to confirm, but no answer. Now I won't receive a refund until up to 10 days...
