The company has developed many apartment Communities and real estate projects in the Louisville Metropolitan area and continues to operate most of these properties. Bronner Realty Co is a family business and the owners are active in running the day-to-day business, and, are accessible to our residents and contractors. We operate only our own properties, which allows our residents to have their issues or concerns resolved quickly without an added layer of management to go through.
