She is the co-editor of a book, Handbook of Pediatric Infection Prevention and Control, scheduled for publication this spring. In December 2016, Dr. Bryant was appointed by the Secretary of Health and Human Services to the Healthcare Infection Control Practices Advisory Committee (HICPAC), a federal advisory committee that provides advice and guidance to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) regarding strategies for surveillance and prevention and control of health care associated infections in United States health care facilities.
