History

Body Dynamics is a small hometown community gym in the heart of Historic Alexandria, Ky. Family owned and operated, we cater to all ages. We offer many of the same benefits as larger gyms, but in a non-intimidating, clean environment.

Specialties

Body Dynamics provides nautilus equipment, cardio equipment, and free weights, as well as a variety of group fitness classes, which also includes Silver Sneakers. We have day-use lockers, showers, and a sauna in the mens/womens lockerroom. We have two tanning beds and offer personal training.
