Blue Stallion Brewing Co. Is a brewery and taproom focusing on authentic German lagers and British ales. Located at the corner of Newtown Pike and Third St. It's conveniently located near downtown Lexington and direct access from the interstate. Serving beers crafted on-site as well as guest beers, the taproom is a warm, relaxing area to enjoy a glass of beer. Salt & Vinegar serves food Tues - Sat 11am-9pm. Tuesdays - Test Batch Tuesday, a new experimental beer on draft each week. Thursdays - Team Trivia w/ prizes 7pm. Sundays - Team Trivia w/ prizes 6pm. Mondays - Open Mic Night 7pm. Good beer! Good selection! Service is order at the bar, so a bit lacking there. They did fine, but would prefer table service, as there are many many tables. The Holler Burger is located...

Great beer. Friendly staff. It's fun to go to trivia on Thursday here! They also have great pizzas by Yearling now. I always enjoy stopping by here. The Dunkel is my favorite.
