I LOVE BLO! All the employees are amazing. I am usually out within 30-45 minutes and it's the perfect start for my weekend!! I also highly recommend the Dream Coat for all you gals with frizzy...

First time was good b/c I had either a manager or experienced stylist, second time was terrible, they put a new person on the floor without appropriate training and my hair was in a rough shape.

Worst place ever. The color match for makeup was to orange. My false eyelashes were not trimmed. They used no setting spray so makeup was sliding off after a couple of hours. I ended up taking it...

So it was my wife's birthday and I thought let's get her hair done... she was really excited and thought it would be even better if our daughter could get it done too.. So there you have it....
