We inspect every component on the computer's motherboard including its capacitors. I can't stress enough how important it is to check the capacitors. Purchasing a computer from another Vendor that doesn't state that they've thoroughly checked the capacitors could cost you big in the end. Repairing this could be more than the price you paid for the computer itself. We have Master Level Electronic Engineers that perform our Component/Capacitor Checks and or Replacements. Beyond the thorough testing, we also completely erase all of the previous owner's information to Department of Defense Standards. We do this to ensure the Hard Drive is completely blank and free of any possible harmful files left behind. Once this process completes, we then install a Fresh and Licensed Version of Microsoft Windows. All Current Windows Updates and Device Drivers are also freshly installed.
