Bath and Body gives rewards for purchasing. However, the exclusion of items makes the reward too restricted to be of value. This is poor service!

Visited this store located in the Paddock shops of East Louisville on a Saturday AM and it was shoulder-to-shoulder! They opened @ 7 AM to promote national candle day (is that a real holiday?)....

Almost every woman has a favorite product or scent at Bath and Body Works that keeps her coming back into the doors for lotion at $2 or more per ounce. My own indulgence is about that price...
