Unreliable service center, they can do about 25% (it seems) of what a corporate location can do. Recommend just going to corporate center to save time. They'll probably send you there anyway.
I have been using at&t for years with no issues. Today around 2:30 I walked into this store needing a new SIM card for my phone. The two workers carried on their conversation and did not address...
Store staff couldn't even exchange a SIM card without messing up. Ended up needing to go another ATT store to fix their mistake. Also spent more time trying to sell me cable than actually help us.
