The Center for Rehab and Sports Medicine offers outpatient Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy services to our community. We are able to treat a wide variety of diagnoses such as patients who suffer from back strain/sprains, and degenerative changes associated with wear and tear and bulging discs.
