Decided to give Applebee's a try on Sunday at 1:30pm or so. Was told by the host ( very nicely) that the kitchen was behind and he wasn't allowed to seat anyone. There could not have been 7 tables...

Food and service were fine for 11:30 on a Saturday. What I couldn't get past was the inside hasn't changed in decades. It smelled like a grandparents or a pool hall. The carpet was visibly nasty...

Excellent service and food. Pleasantly surprised. Will definitely visit again drinks were good. Steaks cooked as requested.
