A hidden local gem. It's a great little space with some great outdoor space. I love that they are always rotating beers while having flagships always available. Makes going exciting.

Welcome to our brewery located in Louisville, Kentucky. Our brewery and Taproom, "the Fallout Shelter" opened in May of 2012, producing beer for the masses and your survival. Our passion is in creating small-batch, fresh craft beer. We support sustainability with our solar-heated water, grain reuse, material recycling and the re-use of found objects and equipment used to build our brewery. With a combined total of over 40 years of homebrewing experience, our local, regional and nationally winning brewers are excited to be a part of Louisville's great craft beer scene and brewing tradition. Open: Friday 5pm - 11pm Saturday 4pm - 11pm Sundays 1pm - 7pm Try and Survive Til Then.
