Brian K. Moore, APRN, is a nurse practitioner specializing in cardiology at Norton Heart & Vascular Institute. Brian earned his master's degree in nursing from the University of South Alabama Whiddon College of Medicine, Mobile.Brian's goal is to provide compassionate, ethical care that promotes healing and optimizes physical, mental and emotional health. His priorities in patient care include education, encouragement and treatment to improve overall quality of life.Brian enjoys spending his free time outdoors and parenting his six daughters with his wife.

Dr. Stewart has been voted by his peers as one of Louisville Magazine’s Top Docs for 2019. Dr. D. Sean Stewart is an Interventional Cardiologist with the Norton Heart & Vascular Institute. After graduating from the University of Louisville School of Medicine, Dr. Stewart did extensive post graduate medical training. This training included a fellowship in Cardiovascular Diseases at the University of Louisville and a fellowship in Interventional Cardiology at the University of Connecticut. Dr. Stewart has expertise in complex coronary and structural interventions. Dr. Stewart has been voted as a Louisville Magazine "Top Doc" in Interventional Cardiology on numerous occasions. Dr. Stewart currently serves as the System Director for Interventional and Structural Cardiology for Norton Healthcare

Mostafa O. El-Refai, is an interventional cardiologist. Born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, he attended medical school at Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt, in order to attend their seven year medical school and gain a unique medical experience. Dr. El-Refai returned to the United States for his internal medicine residency at Henry Ford Hospital, where he was elected Chief Medical Resident. He completed his cardiology and interventional cardiology fellowships at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He served as the Chief Interventional Cardiology fellow. He has been recognized with several awards and honors, most recently, the Baylor College of Medicine Drs. Richard and Patricia Van Reet Award for excellence in Interventional Cardiology. Dr. El-Refai also completed a Master of Science in Clinical Investigation Sciences from the University of Louisville School of Public Health and Information Sciences. He has several publications and presentations. His research interests focus on coronary artery disease, acute myocardial infarction, percutaneous coronary intervention, heart failure, and quality improvement and patient safety.
