Jeremy C. Bockelman, APRN, earned his bachelor’s degree in nursing from McKendree University and his master’s degree in nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University. His practice focus is family practice. A native of Louisville, he enjoys spending spare time with his wife and children.

Victor J. Shpilberg, M.D., earned a bachelor’s degree and medical degree at the University of Louisville. He completed his family practice residency at Tucson Hospital, Tucson, Arizona. Dr. Shpilberg is a member of the American Association of Physician Specialists and the American Board of Urgent Care. He is board certified in family practice and urgent care medicine. A native of Louisville, Dr. Shpilberg enjoys bike riding, hiking and reading.
