At YogaSix, we're all about a full sensory yoga experience that is accessible to all. Each of the yoga classes we offer at YogaSix has a specific focus including: strength, agility, flexibility, balance, relaxation and overall wellness. Our classes are energizing, empowering, and fun! We deliver life-enhancing benefits through our six core classes: Y6 101, Y6 Restore, Y6 Slow Flow, Y6 Hot, Y6 Power, and Y6 Sculpt & Flow. We are located In The Fountains shopping area on 119th st Street in between Nall Avenue and Metcalf Avenue. We are near Starbucks, Cheesecake Factory, Menorah Medical Center, and Walmart Supercenter. Our studio is just down the street from Tomahawk Park and I-Lan Park.
