About JO The JO has been providing public transportation services to much of Johnson County, downtown Kansas City, Missouri, and Kansas City, Kansas since 1980. The JO operates 5 days a week with most routes running during peak morning and afternoon times. The JO has over 100 drivers who drive approximately 100 coaches and cutaway vans.
