Valley Center High School

Located in Valley Center, Kan., Valley Center High School enrolls more than 700 students in grades nine through 12. It has various student clubs, including choir, creative writing, drama, dance, chess, Spanish, French, German, forensics, history, robotics, science and youth club. The interscholastic sports activities organized by the school include baseball, basketball, football, cross-country, softball, soccer, tennis and wrestling. Its curriculum includes language arts, English, math, science and social studies. The school has a parent-teacher association that sponsors annual events, such as science fairs, talent shows and various reading programs. Valley Center High School is part of Valley Center Public Schools system, which comprises three elementary schools, a middle school and a high school.
