Located in Olathe, Kan., Villa St. Francis is a Catholic, nonprofit long-term care community providing skilled care services to senior citizens. It offers various types of accommodations with a variety of amenities, including a whirlpool, beauty salon and barbershop, big-screen movies, gift shop, books on tape and a fitness center. It various services include bathing and personal grooming; personal laundry and housekeeping services; scheduled weight and measurement monitoring; routine dental, optometry and podiatry care; physical, occupational and speech therapies; medical transportation; and counseling. In addition, it provides long-term, skilled memory and restorative care services. Its memory care program offers personal care services to residents suffering from Alzheimer's disease and other types of dementia-related disorders.
