I would recommenced finding a more professional company and to avoid using Tim's if at all possible. One of their low level service technicians was very rude to my wife and when I asked them...

This man WILL NOT SHOW UP!!! I've been trying to get him to come fix my AC for over a month (have to use him per house contract). He's been rude on the phone and is completely unprofessional.
