I needed to make a quick return and the associate was super helpful! I was able to email my label to them and they had it printed by the time I arrived, so all I had to do was drop off my package....

the girl that works there on the far left who always sits on her ass is just rude. i'd recommend going to any other location for your shipping needs.

With three UPS Stores in the Lawrence area, I recommend choosing one of the other two over this store on 31st Street. I've sent Amazon.com returns through UPS Stores many times, but only at this...

This UPS store sucks. I've been in here twice and have walked out twice to go to the other location. The front guy just makes up shipping prices.
