History

Tj Rogers opened The Parlor after working at a local salon for over 9 years. Our building originally served as a bank and later as a fine jewelers. Much of the building's character remains intact giving The Parlor an atmosphere both professional and personal. The Parlor was founded on faith and belief in art, passion, originality, and dedication. Each individual is created uniquely and our team of strongly individual and intelligent stylists can cater to people from any walk of life in any style they chose. In our present and future we hope to raise awareness that beauty comes in many forms and is equal in each of those. Our stylists are passionate, genuine, and honest to be most straight-forward. Our clients and community have been very accepting of our culture and we feel so much love for and from them. We are proud to say we never have been nor will we ever be an average salon. We strive to strengthen our community and extract the beauty from WITHIN each of our clients!

Specialties

The Parlor specialize in hair services such as cutting and coloring. We also offer texture services, formal updo hairstyling, make-up and facial waxing services. We sell Big Sexy Haircare Products as well as some Redken. Our retail also includes a fun assortment of Handbags, Fashion Jewelry, Rhinestone Hats, and other fashion accessories.
