Only 4 branches in town and it's hard to get decent help past every day transactions. Based out of Salina so there's only so much they can deal with in town.

Sunflower Bank is awesome. I've used them while living in several different cities in Kansas and people at all branches are helpful. They even solved fraudulent charges to my debit card for me!...
