This is a standard Subway. I enjoy the sandwiches and the servers are nice. Not much more to say.

Painfully bad service. How does that location even stay in business? These employees seem like they were never trained and there is never a manager around.

Service is always horrible. Horrible attitudes for staff. Don't order online... it will be wrong.

Horrible customer service, a big line was forming and no worker stepped in to help. The worker doing several online orders couldn't even acknowledge the customers

You'll never feel more hated and unwelcome in any place on earth than you will in this random subway in Iola Kansas at any time of day. Normally the employees attitudes isn't something i focus on...
