i went in there thinking i'm gonna get a trim. no. the lady cut atleast 5 inches off. i told her multiple times how much i wanted trimmed, she did not listen.

went in yesterday to simply get my eyebrows clean up. once they man started waxing my eyebrows he destroyed my arch and they are incredibly uneven. will not be going back in the future.
