I went in for highlights on my roots and she did then she add some kind of color or she didn't leave it long enough. I had brass roots then bled me for having to blond of hair that she couldn't...

I made an appointment three hours ahead of time, when I got there, there was only one man working there. He was talking on his phone and did not even acknowledge I was there for about 5 minutes....
