The facility is not kept up, the window was nailed shut, the was dried poop on the toilet for hours, it took 10+ minutes for anyone to answer the call button if they came at all. It smells weird,...

They treat everybody horribly there you go to visit and you Have to wait forever at the door the only nice person there is the older man that works there
