Established nearly four decades ago, the institute provided critical neurological care through a dedicated team of physicians and healthcare professionals.

As of May 31, 2020, the office has been permanently closed, with Dr. Rowe announcing his retirement and expressing gratitude for the relationships built with patients over the years.
