Riviera Maya Mexican cafe

History

I used to work in Manhattan, Kansas. When they close I move to Lawrence and we open Cielito Lindo, it was hard to start but we hang in there, then we open Acapulco in 2017, on the west side of Lawrence. I was looking for other place to open a restaurant but Baldwin City was hard with no places to open. Until we found this location. I got seek at first when we sign a contract, it took time to get used to, and also we open a Mexican Market in Lawrence, while I was seek I try to run the Market and try to finish Riviera Maya at the same time. Our food is serve hot, be careful, our food is a little different, be patient and enjoy, Tex-Mex, lots of cheese and different cheeses, different salsas too. We will be having breakfast burritos and tacos, just keep checking. See You Tomorrow!!
