Yes, its in Walmart, but it is still a good place for the best price. You will get ripped off in the mall. California Nails is horribly expensive. I just went a few times for mani/pedi basics....

Terrible service. They can't keep their pricing straight and charge different amounts for the same services. Specifically said I was allergic to acrylic and was told not a problem we can use...
