Formally Roeland Park Elementary, on April 18th, 2011 the city received a final concept plan to create a park named R Park. The new plan is expected to have a multipurpose field, amphitheater, playground, and multi-use area.

Great outdoor and meeting place! The renovation was SO worth it! Our kids enjoy the playground and the "street" surrounding their play space; they love riding their bikes and using their scooters...

Super cute park in a nice neighborhood. Will be back again. Has a cute side walk set up for kids to ride bikes with miniature hills and street-like lines.
