ease of getting storage unit - called after 5 pm and's talked to a real person , also could understand them.... Call other storage places after 5 pm only got answering machine smooth...

My son rented a storage unit for two months. Three days after paying, he tried to cancel because he no longer needed the storage unit. He was initially told that they would refund his credit card....

My first time using their storage. The person at the desk helped me to my unit and walked be through the whole thing. He even made sure my gate code worked. It was awesome!

We set up our storage prior to moving because it was during the weekend when we knew they'd be closed. We hired four movers to meet us on Sunday morning to unload. The gate code would not work,...

I was really ket down I payed online and was giving the wrong location and gate number. Customer service was unfriendly and rude
