Professor's is a family-owned restaurant which was re-opened in the Spring of 2017. Here you can find an array of healthy options including sandwiches, soups, and salads. Also, raw honey and homemade mushrooms are offered for individual purchase and also served as part of a number of dishes in the menu. The honey has been harvested by the Jensen Family at Jensen Farms in Ellis County, Kansas, and it helps as a natural sweetener of their signature lemonade.

Local gem located not too far off of I70. You park in the lot behind the house and step inside to a welcoming sandwich shop. Order at the counter in the back and they bring food to your table....
