Perry is a city in Jefferson County, Kansas, United States. The population was 901 at the 2000 census. It is part of the Topeka, Kansas Metropolitan Statistical Area.

The town was founded in 1854, and was also known as Perryville. It was named for John D. Perry, the President of the Kansas Pacific Railroad.
