Noi's Food Truck

History

We started egg rolls from home and it's been such a hit that we finally opened our food truck December 2019. We are a small family ran business. It is just my husband and I. He is Hispanic & I am Laos. We are here to provide amazing food to our community and introduce them to the simple Lao foods & our Asian fusion dishes. We also participate in fairs and small town events. We appreciate everyone for their continued love and support through the years.

Specialties

Our business specializes in sticky rice, mango rice, fried rices, banh mi sandwiches, meatballs, chicken skewers, Lao beef jerky, Lao sausages, papaya salad, cucumber salad, egg rolls, shrimp rolls, fried dumplings, spicy dumplings, occasionally have pho, fries, fried Oreos, and hibachi!
