The food is fantastic, and the portions are huge. The staff is friendly in spite of what must feel like a sauna in that trailer. The rice is great, but I like to substitute noodles.

The food is SOOOOO tasty with large portions. The fried Mario Bros sushi roll was delicious with that secret sauce! We shared the hibachi beef and the meat was tender and tasty! We had plenty leftover
